Refund Policy

Because every piece in Drop 01 is a unique, handmade, made-to-order art object, our refund policy reflects the nature of the work. Please read carefully before reserving.
All sales are final
Due to the made-to-order and limited edition nature of BeenieBae's work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Each piece is made specifically for you — it cannot be resold or reassigned.
Cancellation before production
If you wish to cancel your reservation before BeenieBae has begun making your piece, please contact us immediately at beeniebae0@gmail.com or via Instagram DM. Cancellations requested before production begins may be accepted at BeenieBae's discretion. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for shipping damage unless the piece is irreparably damaged.
Lost shipments
All pieces ship via international tracked courier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. BeenieBae is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control, but we will do our best to help resolve any shipping issues.
Customs and import duties
Collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are non-refundable if a package is refused at customs. If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery, we may offer to reship at the collector's expense or issue a partial store credit at our discretion.
