Because every piece in Drop 01 is a unique, handmade, made-to-order art object, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at beeniebae.shop@gmail.com with photos and we will assess individually. Ships from Seoul, South Korea via international tracked courier. Customs duties are the responsibility of the collector.
