All pieces in Drop 01 are made to order. Production begins after your reservation is confirmed and payment is received. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for making before your piece is shipped.

Ships from: Seoul, South Korea

Shipping method: International tracked courier

Delivery times: Vary by destination. Typically 5–14 business days after dispatch depending on your country and customs processing.

Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you personally by BeenieBae once your piece has been dispatched.

Packaging: Every piece is carefully and luxuriously packaged. Please allow time for this — it is part of the experience.

Customs & import duties: Collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that apply in their country. These are not included in the purchase price. BeenieBae is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days after dispatch, please contact us at beeniebae.shop@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
